The TJC Legacy Foundation was born from a profound loss and a deep desire to create a lasting impact in the lives of children. Inspired by the memory of Tierra Janee Chambers, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in 2018, our Ocoee, Florida-based non-profit organization is dedicated to supporting children under the age of 18 who have experienced the devastating loss of a parent due to tragic circumstances.

Tierra's vibrant spirit and the void left by her absence ignited a passion to ensure that children facing similar hardships do not have to navigate their grief and healing journey alone. We understand that the loss of a parent can have a profound and lasting impact on a child's emotional, social, and academic development. That's why the TJC Legacy Foundation is committed to providing vital resources and fostering a supportive community where these young individuals can find solace, strength, and hope for the future.

Our Mission: To honor the memory of Tierra Janee Chambers by providing supportive programs and engaging community events for children under 18, fostering resilience, healing, and positive development in the wake of tragic loss.

Our Vision: To create a community where all children under 18 thrive, feel supported, and have access to enriching experiences that foster their well-being and honor the enduring spirit of Tierra Janee Chambers.

What We Do: The TJC Legacy Foundation focuses on two key areas to support the children we serve:

• Providing Resources: We strive to connect children and their caregivers with essential resources such as grief counseling support, mentorship opportunities, and educational materials that can aid in their healing process.
• Engaging Community Events: We organize and host community events specifically designed for children under 18. These events aim to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can connect with others, build positive memories, and simply enjoy being kids again. Examples of such events include back-to-school drives, holiday gatherings, and recreational activities.
